Which test should I study, 2025 or 2008?
If you filed Form N-400 on or after October 20, 2025, study the 2025 test. If you filed before that date, study the 2008 test. You can switch in Settings at any time.
How do I restore my lifetime unlock?
Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Family Sharing members can restore it too.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Every question, translation and practice test is built into the app. Only purchases need a connection.
An answer about an officeholder looks out of date.
Answers about current officeholders can change. Check uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates before your interview, and email me so I can update the app.
Is CivicReady an official USCIS app?
No. CivicReady is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. The civics questions are public-domain material from USCIS.
